The problem of displacement has made Municipality of Santiago Putumayo, a recipient of families suffering this scourge; se people when y see each or poor settle in most humble neighborhoods or settlement sites and begin to survive after emergency aid with informal economy activities and begging. Youth swas (on which re are no support actions to overcome ir generational and cultural uprooting), roam streets of Municipality, often with serious risks of psychoactive substance use and linkage to crime carried out by reaction, by search for strong adventures or by necessity.

It is precisely se factors that lead to different members of Foundation working on care programs, that y can have sufficient coverage and quality to meet basic needs of inhabitants of Putumayense community.

Solving social problems, generating development processes that improve the quality of life of the vulnerable population in southwestern Colombia, directly or through Associations; International Institutions; National and Municipal, of a Public or Private nature.

To be leaders in the department of Putumayo, in the generation of development processes that meet the basic needs of the colona and indigenous population, through the formulation, management, execution and evaluation of projects; Recognized for having a qualified human talent and a high sense of social responsibility.
